Tip of the week: In Microsoft Excel (any version) to quickly create a chart, select your data and press the F11 function key. This will create an autochart which you can change later.
Tip of the week (12/21/09): In Microsoft Word (any version) to quickly select a word, double-click on it.
Tip of the week (1/4/10): In Microsoft Word (any version) to quickly select a paragraph, triple-click on it.
Tip of the week (1/11/10): To quickly access Help in most programs press the F1 funtion key
Tip of the week (1/18/10): In most PC programs Ctrl+A means Select All
Tip of the week (1/25/10): In Word (any version) to clickly select an entire sentence, hover your mouse over a sentence, hold down the Ctrl key and click once.
Tip of the week (2/1/10): In most PC programs Ctrl+Z means Undo.
Tip of the week (2/8/10): In most PC programs Ctrl+C means Copy.
Tip of the week (2/15/10): In most PC programs Ctrl+X is a shortcut for Cut.
Tip of the week (2/22/10): In most PC programs Ctrl+V is a shortcut for Paste.
Tip of the week (3/1/10): In most PC programs Ctrl+O is a shortcut to the Open dialog.
