Preparing To Be Prepared

Is your 2011 job search off to a great start?  Or are you having problems following your path to success? 

Well, getting started can be easy…but staying motivated can be difficult.  So what’s the secret?  It’s all about the plan and setting milestones along the way to the ultimate goal of your dream job!

Revisit your job search plan and ask yourself:

  • Is my career goal still realistic?
  • Am I achieving my daily, weekly and monthly job search goals?
  • What obstacles have I faced in achieving my goals?
  • Is there anything I need to do differently?

February is fast approaching and now is the time to make sure your 2011 foundation is solid!  Having a clear map and not diverting from what’s working is essential to your success! 

Prepare and stay prepared!  Plan and keep on planning!  This is a great skill that will also be quite valuable to your employer!

Take the time to get it right and reap the rewards!  2011 Dream Job…let’s go!!
