To qualify for taking the CCMP examination, a 200-question, multiple-choice test, you need to meet the following experience and education requirements:
- A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent).
- 7,000 hours (5 years) of change management experience.
- 21 hours of instructor-led (classroom or online) change management training*
OR
- Four-year degree (or global equivalent).
- 4,200 hours (3 years) of change management experience.
- 21 hours of instructor-led (classroom or online) change management education *
* This course satisfies the required 21 contact hours of formal change management education.
