Exam Details

Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® Exam

The Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® exam is a comprehensive assessment designed to evaluate a candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA). The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions that must be completed within a 2.5-hour (150-minute) time limit.

Candidates must complete each domain before moving on to the next section. The exam is not open book, and a passing score is 73.0% or greater.

In addition to the exam, candidates are required to complete a peer-reviewed Candidate Project, demonstrating their ability to apply DEIA principles in a professional setting. Both the exam and project must be completed within one year of registration.
