Prerequisites
To enroll in this course, you must meet the eligibility criteria for the CPTD Certification, which requires:
- Active membership with the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
- At least five years of work experience in talent development.
- One of the following:
- 60 hours of professional development within the last five years.
- Completion of an ATD Master Program within the last five years, allowing for a deeper focus on other capability areas in talent development.
- At least four years of work experience in talent development and an active Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification in good standing.
